Dana Osborne
Costume Designer
Dana has served as costume designer for Pacific Opera’s productions of Macbeth (2012) and The Barber of Seville (2016). She is returning to Pacific Opera for the 2020 Canadian première of Jonathan Dove’s Flight.
Originally from Duncan, Dana is a graduate of York University’s Theatre Design program. She has designed across Canada for such companies as Citadel Theatre, Arts Club, Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre, Grand Theatre London, Young People’s Theatre, the Shaw Festival, and Soulpepper.
She has spent 20 seasons with the Stratford Festival, designing over 25 productions. She is the 2012 recipient of the Virginia and Myrtle Cooper Award in Costume Design and has won two Dora Mavor Moore Awards and one Sterling Award for Outstanding Costume Design.
