Civic Artist, Music Alive Quartet

Canadian tenor Kaden Forsberg is thrilled to be returning to Victoria for the Music Alive Quartet! He recently performed the title role of La Clemenza di Tito (McGill) and Ein Tanzmeister in Ariadne auf Naxos (Highlands Opera Studio). Other notable national engagements include Devon in Missing (City Opera Vancouver), Candide in Candide (NUOVA), Charlie in Mary’s Wedding (Pacific Opera Victoria), Snout in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Pacific Opera Victoria), and the leading role in The Brothers Grimm (NUOVA). Internationally, Kaden has been seen as Rinuccio in Gianni Schicchi (Australian Children’s Music Foundation), Medoro in Orlando Paladino (Mozarteum), and Nathanael in les conte d’hoffmann (Aspen). He is an alumnus of The University of Victoria, where he studied with Benjamin Butterfield, and currently works with Dominique Labelle in Montreal. This season, he will appear in opera and theatre productions across Canada with groups such as Pacific Opera Victoria, the Centaur Theatre Company, and Tenore.
