He has also performed with the Brott Music Festival and Northumberland Orchestra in Cobourg Ontario.

He understudied the Bully in Vancouver Opera in Schools’ production of Stickboy, and performed a variety of roles with UBC Opera, including Achilla in Giulio Cesare, Chevalier des des Grieux (Manon Lescaut), and Germont père in La traviata.

Originally from Golden, BC, Kyle completed his Diploma in Theatre Acting at Red Deer College and his Master of Music and Bachelor of Music in Opera Performance at the University of British Columbia. Kyle has been continuing his vocal development under the guidance of international baritone, Jason Howard.

Lehmann was a chilling Commendatore, leaving the audience wanting to hear more of his rich baritone voice. Don Giovanni’s death scene was superbly acted and beautifully sung.
