Gifted with a brilliant, shimmering soprano voice, Marianne Lambert captivates audiences with her exceptional stage presence, expressive artistry, and vibrant personality. Her intelligent dramatic interpretation is matched only by her remarkable vocal technique. Marianne has appeared as a guest soloist with numerous prestigious orchestras and opera companies throughout Canada and Europe.

The recipient of numerous awards, she received an Opus Prize for her concert Mers intérieures (2026), was a finalist for a 2020 Opus Prize for her recording Mélodies Passagères, earned the 2018 Opus Prize for Best Concert Presented Outside Montreal, and won the “An die Musik” Recital Prize at the Clermont-Ferrand International Singing Competition (2017), as well as prizes at the 20th Marmande International Singing Competition in France (2008).

On the operatic stage, she has performed a wide range of roles, including Ophélie in Hamlet, the Fairy in Cendrillon, Gilda in Rigoletto, Adele in Die Fledermaus, and Woglinde in Das Rheingold. She has collaborated with the Montreal Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Kent Nagano and is a former member of the Atelier lyrique de l’Opéra de Montréal. She has also appeared as a guest soloist with several of Canada’s leading orchestras, including the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestre Métropolitain, and the Nouvel Ensemble Moderne.

Recent highlights include the premiere of her new concert program, Mers intérieures. During the 2026–2027 season, she performs the role of Léa in L’Hiver attend beaucoup de moi by L. Jobidon, and appears in several symphonic concerts.

Lauréate de nombreux prix dont un Prix Opus pour son spectacle Mers intérieures (2026), finaliste aux Prix Opus 2020 pour son disque Mélodies Passagères, récipiendaire du Prix Opus du meilleur concert en région (2018), du Prix du récital « An die Musik » au Concours international de chant de Clermont-Ferrand (2017) et du 20e Concours international de chant de Marmande (2008, France).

Sur scène, elle s’illustre dans des rôles variés, dont Ophélie (Hamlet), la Fée (Cendrillon), Gilda (Rigoletto), Adèle (Die Fledermaus) et Woglinde (Das Rheingold), collaborant notamment avec l’Orchestre symphonique de Montréal sous la direction de Kent Nagano. Ses plus récents projets incluent la création de son nouveau concert Mers intérieures. Au programme de sa saison 2026-27 : le rôle de Léa dans l’Hiver attend beaucoup de moi de L. Jobidon, le rôle de Manon dans À toi pour toujours, ta Marie-Lou de Tremblay et Ichmouratov, ainsi que plusieurs concerts symphoniques.
