Michael Slemon is responsible for the overall organization of technical departments and facilities at Pacific Opera Victoria. As Project Coordinator for each production, Michael ensures effective communication and coordination between the technical departments and the creative team.

Previously, Michael was the Production & Facility Manager at Vertigo Mystery Theatre in Calgary, Alberta. During the summers, he has worked at Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity as a Stage Technician, helping train the next generation of theatre technicians. Michael earned a BFA in Performance Production at Toronto Metropolitan University and has participated in the Banff Centre for the Arts Practicum program.

When not working, Michael is loves to spend time outdoors and in nature with his partner Carolyn and dog Roscoe.
